We are a Community Basketball Club based in Yardley/Sheldon, Birmingham and have the following teams:

OUR VISION

Yardley Basketball Club will provide an environment  in which children and young people feel safe to participate in basketball activities  and to enable all participants to reach their full potential through  offering quality coaching.

ABOUT US

Yardley Defenders Basketball Club is a not-for-profit community sports club in Yardley/Sheldon, Birmingham.

​

We offer training and competitive basketball for secondary school children and men.

​

We use local facilites within Yardley and Sheldon for training and matches.​

 

We are affiliated to Basketball England and, since 2014, have entered local league teams in the Youth Basketball League (YBL) and Warwickshire Basketball Association (WBA) at both junior and senior level.
